Refund Policy

At Mykonos Greek Grill, every order is prepared with care. Because our food is made to order, refunds are limited to situations where there is an issue with the order itself.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled for a refund only if the restaurant has not started preparing the food yet. Once an order has been accepted and preparation has begun, we may not be able to cancel or refund the order.

Incorrect or Missing Items

If your order is missing an item, contains the wrong item, or has another preparation issue, please contact us as soon as possible on the same day of your order. We may offer a replacement, store credit, partial refund, or refund depending on the situation.

Pickup Orders

For pickup orders, customers are responsible for picking up their food at the selected time. We are unable to provide refunds for orders that are not picked up, picked up late, or become cold after the scheduled pickup time.

Delivery Orders

For delivery orders placed through a third-party delivery platform, refund requests may need to be handled directly through that platform. Delivery delays, driver issues, or address mistakes may fall under the delivery provider’s policy.

Food Preferences

We cannot offer refunds based on personal taste preference, spice level preference, or ordering the wrong item by mistake. Please review your order carefully before placing it.
